About Us

Since 2003, every July a group of kind, compassionate, and caring individuals decide to take a week out of their everyday lives to complete mission work in the Dominican Republic. For the last three years, this group has spent time at El Buen Samaritano "The Good Samaritan" Orphanage in Vallejuelo. The team has helped create a family room to give them a room to relax and spend time together as a family. They've also painted various rooms, brought countless donations from NJ, and gave them as much love as they could in seven days. This team has built and developed relationships with the 27 children and their "parents," Ego and Sol.

Ego and Sol have taken these children under their care and decided to dedicate their lives to raising and protecting each child. They consider all 27 of them their actual kids. The government provides barely enough money to support the basic needs of the entire orphanage. The Woodstown Presbyterian Church set up a sponsorship program where anyone has the opportunity to sign up to sponsor a child and help.

There are 27 children that need support for food, hygiene, education--the things we take for granted in our everyday life. So please, MEET THE KIDS and sign up today to sponsor a Dominican Republic orphan!

"These kids are so loving, so giving and have such a strong faith. Probably the most amazing group of kids that I’ve had the privilege of getting to know. They always give more to me than I could ever give back to them. They have such big dreams for their futures and they deserve every one of them!"

Our Mission

We hope to be able to gain two sponsors for each orphan. To give them better lives, despite what they have been through. Our goal is to keep every child sponsored all year long.  Sponsorship is a long-term commitment, with a huge impact.

Help us make that happen

Our Mission

Our Vision

Every child deserves to have a toothbrush, a warm meal, toys, books to read, and the list goes on. We hope to give these children the things that we take for granted.
